The UAE strongly condemned the Houthi targeting of a power station supplying the Prophet’s Mosque in Medina.

The UAE Foreign Ministry affirmed the UAE’s full solidarity with the Kingdom and its support in everything that would preserve its security and stability.

Kuwait also expressed its strong condemnation of the Houthi targeting, describing it as a blatant violation of the Kingdom’s sovereignty and a provocation to the feelings of all Muslims.

For its part, Bahrain condemned the Houthi militia's targeting of the station supplying the Prophet's Mosque with electricity in Medina.

Jordan condemned the attack, considering this attack a blatant violation of Saudi Arabia’s sovereignty, a threat to its security, stability and territorial integrity, and a flagrant violation of international law and the Charter of the United Nations.

The Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs affirmed Jordan's absolute solidarity with Saudi Arabia, and its support in all the steps it takes to protect its security, stability, capabilities, and the safety of its citizens and residents.

The State of Qatar also condemned, in the strongest terms, the Houthi group’s targeting of the station and considered it a serious assault on the sanctity of Islamic sanctities, a clear provocation of Muslim feelings, an unacceptable disregard for the lives of civilians, a blatant violation of Saudi sovereignty and a flagrant violation of the rules of international law.

On Thursday, Egypt strongly condemned the attack.

Cairo stressed its denunciation of this blatant violation and the continued attacks and attempts to destabilize the security and stability of the Kingdom.

Egypt indicated that this approach of escalation increases tension in the region as a whole.

The Egyptian statement stressed the country's categorical rejection of attempts to undermine the security and sovereignty of the Kingdom.

Cairo affirmed its full solidarity with any measures taken by the Kingdom to preserve its stability and safety, stressing that the Kingdom’s security is an integral part of Arab national security and is closely linked to Egyptian national security.
