In exchange for the continued air support of the coalition forces to support the Yemeni armed forces on the ground around the clock, as Operation Fajr Yemen enters its third day, the Coalition to Support Legitimacy in Yemen continues to intercept and destroy attacks by the Houthi terrorist militia targeting Saudi Arabia, as part of the necessary measures to deter the hostile actions of the Houthi terrorist militia in order to protect the security and sovereignty of the country, amidst broad Arab and Islamic solidarity with Riyadh's measures.

In the past hours, the Coalition to Support Legitimacy thwarted a ballistic missile north of Riyadh, while the coalition destroyed the launch platform for the ballistic missiles used in the attack towards Riyadh, in Sana'a while preparing for an imminent attack on the Kingdom. The coalition also destroyed a ballistic missile launched by the Houthi militia towards Khamis Mushait, south of Saudi Arabia, on Tuesday.

While Riyadh affirms its "inherent right to defend its territory, resources, sovereignty, and the safety of its citizens and residents, and to take all necessary measures to protect its security in accordance with international laws," the spokesman for the Coalition to Support Legitimacy, Major General Turki Al-Maliki, revealed that "the occupied capital Sana'a and the provinces of Saada and Amran are sources of Houthi missile threats," indicating that the coalition continues to neutralize the threat of ballistic missiles and ground-to-ground missiles and destroy their sources.

In light of these developments, the space for international, Arab, and Islamic solidarity with Saudi measures has expanded in response to the "Houthi choice for continued military escalation," according to a statement from Riyadh. The European Commission condemned the continued Houthi attacks on Saudi Arabia, affirming its solidarity with the Kingdom, considering that "these attacks destabilize the region and undermine global energy security."

In the same context, the Muslim World League condemned the continued attacks by the Houthi group on civilians and civilian objects in the Kingdom, and their repeated targeting of Mecca, Medina, the capital Riyadh, and several cities in the Kingdom, in addition to Saudi ships in the southern Red Sea and the Bab al-Mandab Strait.

The League confirmed, in a statement, that these attacks represent a violation of religious values and international and humanitarian laws and norms, reiterating its full solidarity with the Kingdom in all measures it takes to deter these attacks and protect its security, resources, and the safety of citizens and residents.

The Gulf Cooperation Council emphasized that the continued targeting of civilian and vital facilities in the Kingdom by Houthi militias reflects a rejected hostile approach and a clear disregard for international law and international humanitarian law, stressing the necessity for the international community to take a firm stance against these attacks, hold the perpetrators accountable, and work to stop these terrorist practices that threaten security and stability in the region and the safety of air navigation and civilian facilities.

The UAE strongly condemned the continued targeting of civilians and civilian and economic objects in Saudi Arabia by the Houthi group, in addition to the targeting of Saudi ships in the southern Red Sea and the Bab al-Mandab Strait.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in a statement, emphasized that this continued targeting represents a blatant violation of the sovereignty of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and a threat to its security and stability.

The ministry affirmed the United Arab Emirates' full solidarity with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its support for all that preserves its security and stability.

In a related context, the Qatari Cabinet renewed its condemnation in the strongest terms during its session on Wednesday of the Houthi group's targeting of an electricity distribution station in Medina, Saudi Arabia, describing the incident as a "serious assault on the sanctity of Islamic holy sites, a clear provocation to the feelings of Muslims, an unacceptable disregard for the lives of civilians, and a blatant violation of the sovereignty of the Kingdom," affirming the full solidarity of the State of Qatar with Saudi Arabia and its support for all measures it takes to preserve its sovereignty, security, and the safety of its territories and Islamic holy sites, emphasizing that its security is an integral part of the security of the State of Qatar and the collective security system of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries.

Bahrain also expressed its full support for the position of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its efforts, under its leadership of the Coalition to Support Legitimacy in Yemen, in supporting the Presidential Leadership Council and the legitimate Yemeni government to end the coup and restore the state and its institutions, to rid Yemen of the threat of terrorism, and to reach a comprehensive political solution in accordance with the three references, which meets the aspirations of the Yemeni people for security and stability.

The Bahraini Ministry of Foreign Affairs strongly condemned the continued brazen attacks by the Houthi terrorist militia against the Kingdom, targeting civilians and civil and economic sites, and encroaching upon the holiest places on earth in Mecca and Medina. These attacks included the capital Riyadh and the cities of Abha, Khamis Mushait, Jazan, Najran, Taif, and Yanbu, in addition to Saudi ships in the southern Red Sea and the Bab el-Mandeb Strait.

Meanwhile, Kuwait condemned and denounced on Tuesday the continued "brazen and disgraceful" attacks by the Houthi militia against Mecca and Medina, which constitute a provocation to the feelings of Muslims worldwide, and a serious escalation in violating the sanctity of Islamic holy sites, in addition to the attacks against the capital Riyadh and cities in the Kingdom, as well as targeting civilians and civil and economic sites, and ships in the Red Sea and the Bab el-Mandeb Strait, which threatens the security of the region and the safety of maritime navigation.

The ministry confirmed the State of Kuwait's firm rejection of the recurrence of these cowardly and hostile acts, as they represent a blatant violation of the sovereignty of the Kingdom and a flagrant breach of international law and international humanitarian law.

While the ministry renews the State of Kuwait's support for the legitimate Yemeni government, and for the sovereignty of the sisterly Republic of Yemen, its independence, and the unity of its territories, it commends, in this regard, the diligent efforts of the sisterly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since 2014 to support the endeavors aimed at reaching a comprehensive and sustainable political settlement in Yemen, in accordance with the three references, and its leadership of the coalition to support legitimacy in Yemen. It also calls on the Security Council to assume its responsibilities and implement its relevant resolutions, especially resolutions 2216 and 2817.

Arabically, the Arab League condemned, in the strongest terms, the continued attacks by the Houthi militia on the Kingdom, and the serious escalation that included targeting cities and civilian facilities, the latest of which were the attacks that targeted the facilities of King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz International Airport in Jazan and Najran International Airport. The league also condemned, in a statement yesterday, Tuesday, the attempts to target Mecca and Medina, emphasizing that any harm to the security and sanctity of Islamic holy sites represents a grave transgression and provocation to the feelings of Muslims around the world.

It confirmed that the continuation of the attacks and their expansion, including targeting civil aviation facilities and endangering the safety of travelers and workers, represents a blatant violation of the sovereignty of the Kingdom and a breach of the rules of international law and the United Nations Charter, reiterating its full solidarity with the Kingdom and its support for the measures it takes to protect its territories, sovereignty, and the security of its citizens, residents, and guests of the Sacred House, and to preserve its sanctities and resources.

The Arab League emphasized that the continued Houthi escalation would prolong the Yemeni crisis and threaten the security of neighboring countries and international waterways, reiterating its support for the legitimate Yemeni government and the efforts aimed at reaching a comprehensive and sustainable political settlement in accordance with the approved references, in a manner that preserves Yemen's sovereignty, unity, independence, and territorial integrity.

In the same context, Jordan condemned and denounced on Tuesday the "brutal attacks by the Houthi militia that targeted areas in the kingdom," including attempts to target Mecca and Medina, as well as civilian and economic facilities, expressing the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan's solidarity with its sister, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its full support for all measures it takes to preserve its security, stability, and territorial integrity.

Egypt renewed its condemnation of all attacks targeting the kingdom, affirming its full support for the kingdom's security and stability. This came during a call between the Egyptian Foreign Minister, Dr. Badr Abdel Atti, and the Saudi Foreign Minister, Prince Faisal bin Farhan.
