Developments in Yemen continue rapidly, as the Yemeni Armed Forces announced, on Saturday, that they had carried out 71 precise targeting operations against gatherings, combat concentrations and reinforcements belonging to the Houthi militia in several areas of Taiz Governorate.

A Yemeni military commander in Jabal Han in Taiz pointed to desperate Houthi attempts to infiltrate the mountain, adding to the Al-Arabiya and Al-Hadath correspondent: “We broke the Houthi attempts to control Jabal Han to besiege the city of Taiz... We engaged in clashes with the Houthis throughout the night and broke their attempts to control Jabal Han.”

The warplanes of the Yemeni Armed Forces launched new air strikes on Houthi militia positions and reinforcements on the Haifan and Rasin fronts, south of Taiz.

The raids also targeted gatherings of Houthi militia members on the Sami front, east of Taiz, and violent confrontations are taking place on the Jabal Habashi front, west of Taiz.

The Yemeni Armed Forces also announced that its air force targeted weapons and supplies vehicles belonging to the Houthi militia that were on their way to Jabal Rasan in the Al-Waziyah area.

The Yemeni Armed Forces stressed that any militia reinforcements will be destroyed on all fronts.
