Washington - Ofoq News - US President Donald Trump confirmed that his country is not negotiating with the Iranians, noting that “something will happen one way or another soon,” and most people believe that the United States will do something after the elections in Iran.
In a related context, Trump stressed that if Iran possessed a nuclear weapon, it would use it within one day or even one hour, considering that if the Iranians possessed this weapon, the world would live on a “powder keg” and life would become completely different because they are “crazy,” as he put it.
The American President added that their country had defeated Iran militarily, financially, and in various other ways, explaining that he terminated the Iranian nuclear agreement concluded by Obama because it was paving the way for Tehran to possess nuclear weapons. He also pointed out that they destroyed Iran's ability to nuclear enrichment through Operations "Midnight Hammer" and "Epic Fury."
Trump concluded by saying that they can withdraw now, but they want to ensure that the results of what they have achieved continue for a long time, praising what he described as the amazing work of the American army, and stressing the continued imposition of the blockade on the Strait of Hormuz.
