Araba: The Arab follow-up is preparing for the march of the gift of Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa

Arraba - Ofoq News - The Supreme Follow-up Committee called on the Arab masses within the territories of 48 for the widest participation in the march of the uprising of Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa, which will take place at four o’clock on Saturday 10/3/2026 in the city of Arraba, and will start in front of the old mosque (Zaher Al-Omar Street) and conclude in the school yard near the martyrs’ memorial.

The call came in a statement issued after a meeting of the secretariat of the Follow-up Committee, during which final arrangements were agreed upon to commemorate the “Gift of Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa.”

The follow-up committee stressed that broad public participation will be an affirmation of the commitment to confront the comprehensive attack launched by the Israeli authorities against us in the Negev, Galilee, the Triangle, and the coastal cities, which includes demolishing homes, confiscating lands, planting settlements, gagging mouths, restricting our right to engage in political action, and unleashing crime and violence in our society.

The Follow-up Committee strongly condemned the decisions of the Central Elections Commission to disqualify everything that represents the Arab community and the majority decision in the Israeli Supreme Court to prevent the head of the National Democratic Rally Party, Sami Abu Shehadeh, from running.

The follow-up called for strengthening national unity to defend our right to political action and to confront the fascist racist attack, which targets all Arabs, including medical teams, bus drivers, university students, leaders and political parties.

The follow-up statement said: “We stand in reverence and honor for our honorable martyrs, and we have pledged to preserve their memory and to be loyal to the cause for which they were martyred, which is the issue of Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa, and the issue of Palestine, which is witnessing the most difficult stage in its history: a war of extermination, comprehensive destruction, deportation, uprooting, settlement incursion, brutal oppression, besieging existence, and stifling daily life.”

The statement concluded: “We invite you to participate in visiting the shrines and memorials: Jat at 8:00; Umm al-Fahm at 9:30; Muawiyah at 10:30; Nazareth at 12:00; Kafr Kanna at 12:30; Kafr Manda at 13:30; Sakhnin at 14:30; Arraba at 15:00 (and then the march at 16:00 in Arraba).
