Bloomberg quoted informed sources as saying that this concession may contribute to breaking the impasse in negotiations with the United States.
Araghchi proposed the idea during meetings with diplomats from Europe and the Middle East held at the United Nations headquarters, while he was in New York to attend the General Assembly.
