The aim of the Riyadh School project in Gaza is to contribute to the resumption of basic education for children affected by the war in the Gaza Strip, by providing a well-equipped school that accommodates 720 male and female students from the first to the sixth grade, through offering education in two daily shifts, in line with the current conditions in the sector.
The project also includes equipping the school and developing its operational and technical infrastructure, providing classrooms, furniture, and educational tools, and carrying out renovation works and completing the basic infrastructure facilities, including water, sewage, solar energy, internet, ventilation, and surveillance cameras.
The project also includes enhancing mental health and social stability for children affected by the war, through specialized group and individual sessions, in addition to organizing recreational and educational activities suitable for the targeted age group.

The agreement comes within the framework of the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center's efforts to support the education sector in affected areas, and to contribute to providing a safe and sustainable educational environment for children affected by the war in the Gaza Strip.
