New York - Afaq News - New York Mayor Zahran Mamdani stated, on the third anniversary of the October 7 attack, that despite the sorrow over the number of victims, the continuation of occupation and apartheid cannot be accepted, criticizing Israeli policies over the past three years.

Mamdani said: "We commemorate the third anniversary of the horrific war crimes that occurred on October 7, during which Hamas killed more than 1,100 Israelis and kidnapped more than 251 people. We mourn with our neighbors and friends who are facing unimaginable loss."

He added, referring to Israel's handling of events since the October 7 attack: "After three years of massacre, we must refuse to accept a world in which occupation and apartheid continue."
