The Saudi film "Migration" directed by Shahd Amin won the grand prize for feature films at the International Women's Film Festival in Sale, Morocco, during its nineteenth edition.
The film also won the Best Actress award, which was shared between Saudi actresses Khairiya Nazmi and Lamar Faden.
The film, which was shot in eight Saudi cities, tells the story of a girl named Jana, who embarks on a journey across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with her strict grandmother "Siti" in search of her sister Sarah, who disappeared without a trace while performing the Hajj pilgrimage.
