3 injured, one of them seriously, in a shooting crime in Shefa Amr

Bethlehem - Ofoq News - 3 people were injured, one of whom was described as critically ill, today, Friday, in a shooting crime committed in the city of Shefa Amr within the territories of 1948.

The death toll from murders in Arab society since the beginning of this year has reached 167 men and women, a toll that reflects the continuing worsening crisis of crime and violence taking place in Arab towns.

This comes amid continued criticism of the Israeli police and government over their failure to limit the spread of weapons, combat organized crime, and hold those responsible for murders accountable.

Violent crimes and shootings continue in Arab towns, from the Negev in the south to the Triangle and Galilee in the north, which deepens the state of insecurity and raises increasing fears among citizens, in the absence of tangible indicators that the phenomenon is abating.
