The young Egyptian artist Yassin El Sakka is still receiving medical care in a private hospital in Cairo, after undergoing surgery on the cruciate ligament during the past few days.

The artist Ahmed Al-Sakka revealed, in exclusive statements to Al-Arabiya.net, that his son’s health condition is witnessing a significant improvement, stressing that the doctors preferred to keep him under medical observation for a short period to check on the results of the surgery and to fully follow up on his condition.

Al-Saqqa also explained that Yassin was injured while participating in a football match, a sport he is keen to practice constantly, which required urgent surgical intervention.

He also indicated that his son is expected to leave the hospital in the coming hours, and that he will complete the recovery period at home, before starting a rehabilitation program that includes physical therapy sessions to help him regain his ability to move and walk normally.

Yassin is the eldest son of Ahmed Al-Sakka, and he chose to experience artistic work and follow in his father’s footsteps in the field.
