On Sunday, the warplanes of the Yemeni Armed Forces carried out a series of intense air strikes, exceeding 20 raids, targeting mobilization sites and camps, as well as command and control centers and military reinforcements of the Houthi militia in Al-Jawf and Marib governorates.
In Al-Jawf Governorate, military aircraft strikes were focused on the eastern and western regions, as local sources told Al-Arabiya/Al-Hadath that the raids targeted PMF camps and artillery positions in the Al-Louth mountain range and Sabreen Camp, east of the city of Al-Hazm, the capital of the governorate, in conjunction with the bombing of militia reinforcements in the Al-Labnat camp to the east.
The raids also extended to include the Al-Aqshaa and Al-Nadr desert areas, in addition to destroying a missile launching pad in the Al-Mahzamat area, located west of the governorate.
As for Ma'rib Governorate, the air strikes focused on paralyzing the leadership and logistical capabilities of the militias on the southern front. In four raids, warplanes targeted a Houthi command and control center in Al-Juba District, in addition to targeting military reinforcements and gatherings along the southern front of the governorate, which led to widespread losses of equipment and lives as a result of the intense strikes.
The official spokesman for the Yemeni Armed Forces announced at dawn today the directing of painful strikes against vital targets of the terrorist Houthi militia in Sanaa and Saada, stressing that "the capabilities of the Houthi militia will not be safe from the fire of our armed forces and we will destroy them."
Meanwhile, the Yemeni Armed Forces announced the implementation of 257 specific and precise targeting operations targeting the positions and movements of the Houthi militia, noting that the military operations resulted in the neutralization of at least 700 militia members during the recent strikes.
This coincided with a state of alert in Al-Bayda Governorate in central Yemen, after its tribes issued calls for a general mobilization against the Houthi militias, as Sheikh Rami bin Yasser Al-Awadi, Sheikh of the Al-Awad family, sent a message to the people of Al-Bayda, in which he called on them to prepare and mobilize against the Houthis.
The Sheikh of Daman Al-Ghunaim tribes in Qayfa Al-Sufla, Ibrahim Al-Jabri, also called on the people of Al-Bayda to unite ranks and mobilize to the battle fronts to confront the Houthi militias, and urged them to assume their historical responsibility to restore their land.
These developments came amid continuing confrontations between Yemeni forces and the Houthis in Taiz and Lahj, southwest of Yemen, in conjunction with Yemeni air strikes on Houthi positions in Sanaa.
Note that during the past weeks, the map of control in Yemen has witnessed changes, amid confrontations between government forces and the Houthis, after the militia advanced on the western coast and took control of the coastal city of Mokha and other strategic sites, including Mayon Island, located at the entrance to the Bab al-Mandab Strait.
