Hebron - Afaq News - The documenter of violations in Masafer Yatta, Osama Makhamra, reported that groups of settlers have proceeded to pick and steal olive fruits from the lands of citizens in several areas south of Hebron, coinciding with the ongoing olive picking season.
Makhamra explained that the settlers picked and stole olive fruits from trees belonging to citizen Samir Obeid in the Khillat al-Hums area south of Yatta, and they also stole olive fruits from the lands of citizen Khadr Mas'af in the Wadi Ma'in area in Masafer Yatta.
He added that the settlers also proceeded to pick and steal olive fruits from the lands of citizen Ibrahim Ali Abu Aram in the Khirbat al-Rakeez area in Masafer Yatta.
In a related context, an eyewitness reported that settlers were present in the Farsh al-Hawa area west of Hebron and proceeded to steal olive fruits from the lands of citizens in the area.
Settlers also stormed the home of citizen Yusuf Shnaran in the Wadi al-Rakhim area south of Yatta, and they played and frolicked in the yard of the house, in an incident that residents described as having provoked a state of provocation and fear among the family members.
