The Houthi group in Yemen denied carrying out any attacks on Thursday against cities or regions of Saudi Arabia, describing what the Saudi-led coalition in Yemen said regarding the interception of a missile over Medina as a “great and great slander.” The spokesman for the Iranian-backed group, Yahya Saree, previously said on his page on the “X” platform, Twitter: “The Yemeni armed forces confirm that they did not carry out any targeting operation today towards Saudi territory.”
Saree continued, saying: “What the Saudi enemy claims about targeting Medina is a great and great slander.” Coalition spokesman Turki Al-Maliki announced earlier Thursday the interception of a winged missile over the Medina region.
