Salfit - Ofoq News - Three citizens were injured, Monday evening, as a result of changing the course of their vehicle after it was chased and stoned by settlers, while they were returning from their agricultural lands in the village of Farkha, southwest of Salfit.
Activist Mustafa Hammad reported that a group of settlers chased a vehicle carrying citizens as they were returning from their lands in the village of Farkha, and attacked it by throwing stones at it, which led to it changing its course and injuring three citizens who were inside it, noting that they were transferred to Salfit Governmental Hospital to receive treatment.
Hammad added that today is the first day of collective work to harvest olives in the western area of the town, near the settlement outpost established by settlers on citizens’ lands.
This attack coincides with the olive harvest season, which witnesses an escalation in settler attacks on Palestinian farmers, hindering their safe access to their agricultural lands and harvesting their crops.
