An Israeli soldier documents his crime himself... beats a child inside his home and threatens his father

Ramallah - Ofoq News - In a scene documenting some of the attacks against Palestinians in the West Bank, an Israeli soldier filmed himself inside the home of a Palestinian family in Area B, while detaining and assaulting one of their sons, sending a threatening message to the father of the family who had left the place.

According to Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper, an occupation army force stormed the house following the settlers’ attack near the village of Al-Taybeh in the Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate, under the pretext of searching it for weapons.

During the storming operation, one of the soldiers appeared in a video clip holding a Palestinian teenager, while his brother was injured during the clashes, and he addressed his father, saying: “Your son is here...he is seriously injured.” He was heartbroken. You'd better come.'

The video shows, according to circulating data, the soldier using the boy as a means to deliver an intimidating message to his father, at a time when the house was being searched and vandalized.

The occupation army announced that it had opened an investigation into the incident, claiming that the soldier acted on his own initiative.

The incident comes in the context of the escalation of attacks carried out by occupation soldiers and settlers against Palestinians in the West Bank, where violations are not limited to raids and arrests, but also include physical assault inside their homes and vandalism of their property.

In another incident that occurred on Thursday, Palestinian Mashhour Shaher Muhammad Yassin (51 years old) was killed by settlers’ bullets during an attack on the village of Yasuf, east of Salfit, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health and medical sources.
