Mada Al Arab launches the Mada Squad program to empower youth

Ramallah - Ofoq News - As part of its strategy for social responsibility and its keenness to enhance its role in empowering Palestinian youth, Mada launched its new program (Mada Squad), which is an innovative youth program that targets in its first phase Palestinian university students, and will later expand to include other youth segments and communities.

The program aims to give participants a flexible space to invest their time, skills, relationships, and social environment in a practical and fruitful way, and to transform these capabilities into real opportunities to gain experience, achieve achievement, and build an additional source of income linked to the results they achieve.

(Mada Squad) is based on Mada’s vision that young people possess great energies and abilities that go beyond the limits of academic study, and that communication skills, relationship building, community presence, and the ability to influence and reach others can be transformed into real practical and economic value when the appropriate environment and tools are available to invest in them.

Through the program, Mada works to build a community of young people who represent Mada brand ambassadors in their surroundings, where participants are provided with tools, information and means that enable them to introduce the company’s services and reach potential subscribers interested in Mada’s services, in exchange for commissions and rewards linked to the results they achieve.

The program is characterized by its flexibility and is not tied to a traditional job system or specific working hours, which allows the participant to manage his time and choose his method of participation in a way that suits his studies and daily obligations, and to benefit from his network of relationships and communication skills in a flexible manner and not restricted by a rigid job framework.

University students represent the first starting point for the programMada has a broader vision to develop it into a growing youth community that includes different youth groups and communities in the future, and provides them with a platform to invest their potential and energies and transform them into valuable practical opportunities.
