- After last year's butterfly costume, American actress Sarah Jessica Parker returned to the New York City Ballet's Fall Fashion Gala, with a look that carried clear romantic details and evoked the atmosphere of the ballet world, in an annual event that combines dance and fashion. Parker chose a long dress from Irish designer Simone Roca, which was distinguished by a partially transparent cut, long sleeves and floral embroidery, while pink ribbons were added to it that extended along the design.

Her choice of Roca's design was not random, as the Irish designer collaborated with Justin Peck, one of the resident choreographers at the New York City Ballet, to design the costumes for his new work that was presented as part of the Gala program this year. The look's references to the world of ballet did not stop at the dress, as the star of the series "Sex and the City" coordinated with it shiny silver shoes inspired by ballet dancers' shoes, along with silver jewelry and a white bag with a non-classical design.

As for her hair, it was one of the most prominent details of the look, as she abandoned her usual waves and appeared in a very long braid in the style of the famous “Rapunzel” character, which reached almost the level of the knees thanks to hair extensions. The braid was decorated with a pink ribbon similar to the ribbons that decorated the dress.

Parker appeared with her husband, American actor Matthew Broderick, who in turn chose a classic black suit, so that together they formed a striking presence on the red carpet.
