The escalation between Russia and Ukraine continues today, Thursday, while there is no sign of an end to the conflict that has been ongoing since February 2022.

In the latest field developments, the Russian Ministry of Defense said on Thursday that Russian forces bombed a cargo ship in the Ukrainian port of Chornomorsk on the Black Sea.

The ministry explained that the ship was being used to supply the Ukrainian army with supplies.

The ministry stated that the forces also bombed a transportation and logistics center in Kiev that was used to manufacture drone boats, and a data center in Odessa that was used to process intelligence and other operational information for the Ukrainian army.

This comes as Ukrainian emergency services and an official reported via Telegram that Russian air strikes resulted in the injury of one person in the capital, Kiev, and another in the coastal city of Odessa overlooking the Black Sea.

Serhiy Lysak, head of the Odessa administration, said via Telegram that the infrastructure was damaged in the city, which is witnessing repeated Russian attacks in an attempt to prevent Ukraine from reaping export revenues, without providing further details.
