Ramallah - Ofoq News - Today, Tuesday, the Israeli occupation forces stormed the former headquarters of the Addameer Foundation for Prisoner Care and Human Rights in Ramallah, confiscated its contents, and posted a military order on its door to close it and consider it an “illegal organization,” according to media reports.
The occupation authorities closed the institution’s headquarters in 2022 and confiscated its contents, before storming it again today and implementing new measures against it, according to the Palestinian News Agency “Wafa” and the Anadolu Agency.
The raid coincides with the deployment of occupation forces in Ramallah and Al-Bireh, the raiding of other Palestinian institutions, and the stationing of snipers in the vicinity of the Palestine Medical Complex.
Addameer Foundation is concerned with following up on the issues of Palestinian prisoners, defending their rights, and documenting violations against them.
