Men's girl

It is a speech from the heart, without subjectivity or chauvinism. Rather, it is an observation and analysis of a reality visible to the whole world, which caused that amazement and that cognitive passion that had been under the cloak for many years, despite its hidden and rare glow.

The expression “bint of men” has never been a passing metaphor in Saudi Arabia. When a woman is said to be “bint of men,” what is meant here is not to name her, but rather an acknowledgment that she has inherited chivalry, toughness, and determination, and that she is capable of carrying the name and carrying responsibility together.

For many years, Saudi women were present and accomplished at home, at school, and in the hospital, educating, treating, and teaching, but their presence was in the shadows. They adhered to their customs, traditions, and customs, to their hijab, their modesty, and their kindness to their family. Some people delusively thought that this adherence was a restriction... until Vision 2030 came to say the final word: authenticity does not conflict with leadership, but rather it preserves it.

Vision 2030: Saudi women are no longer something that you can own, but rather opened the way for them to show what they already owned.. It opened the door that was ajar, and women entered through it with all their scientific, cultural, and humanitarian weight as well.

Today, Saudi women are leaders. They are not just employees whose number in the labor market has increased from 22% to more than 35%. These are important numbers; But it does not tell the whole story. The real story is told in the details. It is told by the officer who stands in the security of the Haram and organizes the crowds with a caring and firm eye, by the Saudi pilot who flies the plane with her abaya and smile, by the engineer who designs the city of NEOM, by the doctor who performs heart surgeries in Riyadh hospitals, by the ambassador who represents the Kingdom in Washington and Brussels, by the entrepreneur who opens her online store from her home in Abha and ships her products to the whole world.

The Saudi woman did not take off her abaya to wear a driving suit, but rather she wore a driving suit over her abaya. This is the secret of Saudi empowerment that dazzled the world. Empowerment in the Saudi experience was not a rebellion against society, but rather a return to the authentic values of society. Our Islamic religion was the first to honor women and give them the right to education, trade and advice, from the Mother of the Believers, Mrs. Khadija, the businesswoman, to the Mother of the Believers, Mrs. Aisha, the teacher of the nation. Vision 2030 brought back this authentic understanding to us, she said. For women: Be as you are, with your abaya and traditions, with your chastity and strength, and enter the fields of work.

That is why it succeeded, because when Saudi women entered the Shura Council; She entered as a girl of men who respects the elders...and when she entered the factory and laboratory; She entered as a mother who fears for the people of the country and prepares them for the future as her children, and when she drove the car; She led it knowing her way well, not lost and searching for an identity, but confident and knowing where she came from and where she was going.

Today, every Saudi home has a story of a “girl of men.” A girl of men who studied abroad and returned to serve her country. A girl of men who chose to stay with her children and work remotely to prove that motherhood is also leadership. A girl of men who stood with her husband, brother, and father to build this nation.

Vision 2030 has understood a difficult equation that many countries have not understood: How can women be a major actor in the modern renaissance without being separated from their roots? The answer was in the trust of the state and the trust of women. The father and society trusted their daughters. When a daughter gives men trust, she is never let down, but rather gives twice what is asked of her.

Today we are not talking about “empowering women” as a slogan, but rather we are talking about the renaissance of a nation that is not complete without its daughters. There is no renaissance for half of society, and no vision can be achieved without the help of women.

The girls of Saudi Arabia today are doctors, engineers, soldiers, merchants, artists and teachers. They are the guardians of heritage and the makers of the future at the same time. They preserve customs in their councils and write the future with their own hands. This is Saudi women during the era of His Highness Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman - may God protect him - and with his Vision 2030. They will not give up anything, but rather; She earned everything...and that is why we say to the daughter of the nation: the daughter of men.
