An American actress places a ballerina's moving music box on her head in London

- American actress Elle Fanning appeared in a look inspired by the world of the character “Effie Trinket”, who plays her young version in the movie The Hunger Games: Sunrise On The Reaping, during the special screening of the movie in the British capital, London, wearing a design from the fall 2026 haute couture collection by Japanese designer Robert Won. The dress came with a cut that reached mid-calf, and an off-the-shoulder upper part that combined a corset with prominent sculptural details that wrapped around the waist, before a wide, multi-layered skirt of tulle and ruffles descended from it, evoking the skirts of ballerinas.

The most striking element of the look was the pink headdress designed in the shape of a music box, with a small figure of a ballerina standing in front of a mirror on a raised platform. The figure is characterized by the ability to rotate, imitating a ballerina inside traditional music boxes, so that the headdress forms an extension of the idea of the dress, instead of being just a complementary accessory to it.

Fanning completed her look with light pink shoes from the Italian brand "Aquazzura", along with a necklace and bracelet from the French house "Cartier". These choices are in keeping with the showmanship of Trinket in The Hunger Games, where eye-catching costumes and unconventional headwear are part of her identity.

Fanning's look falls within what is known as "method dressing," a trend that has spread remarkably recently. It relies on drawing inspiration from the looks of celebrities during promotional tours for cinematic works from the characters they play in their works.
